Sixteen years in yachting, holding a Y1 Chief Engineer certificate, means years of being the person responsible when something stops working: engines, generators, electrical systems, water makers, air conditioning, and everything in between. On a yacht there's rarely a shop around the corner. You diagnose the problem properly, find the right tool, fix it, and keep the guests from ever noticing.
